苯诱发再生障碍性贫血小鼠骨髓病理改变及血液细胞的变化

目的：观察苯诱发再生障碍性贫血（再障）模型小鼠骨髓组织的病理改变及血液细胞的变化。方法：清洁级Balb/c小鼠40只,随机分为正常对照组及再障模型组。正常对照组注射玉米油4ml/kg;再障模型组注射苯油混合液（给苯剂量1ml/kg体重）,造模14d后取材。结果：与正常对照组比较,再障模型组小鼠骨髓有核细胞及血细胞数目明显减少,骨髓组织病理学观察显示造血细胞减少,非造血细胞增加。结论：苯试剂可造成再障小鼠骨髓组织损伤及血液细胞减少。

Pathological change of bone marrow and the number of peripheral blood cells in benzene-induced aplastic anemia model mice

Objective：To observe the pathological changes in haematopoietic organs and the number of peripheral blood cells in benzene-induced aplastic anemia （AA） model mice. Methods：40 clean-class Balb/c mice were randomly divided into normal control group and AA model group. The normal control group was injected with corn oil for 4 ml/kg,and AA model group was injected with the oil mixture of benzene for 1 ml/kg of body weight,testing samples were drawn after 14 days. Results：Compared with normal control group,mice＇s bone marrow nucleated cells and the number of peripheral blood cells of AA model group were significantly reduced. There were apparent pathological changes in bone marrow. Hematopoietic cells in bone marrow tissue were shown decreased by pathological observation,and non-hematopoietic cells increased. Conclusion：It is confirmed that benzene can cause bone marrow damage,and the number of peripheral blood cells is significantly reduced.
