米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的临床效果

目的 探讨米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效.方法 选取我院收治的380例异位妊娠患者,随机分为治疗组212例和对照组168例,对照组患者给予米非司酮进行治疗,对照组患者给予米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效,各项指标以及不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗组的总有效率高达92.45％,对照组的总有效率为74.40％,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义,P＜0.05;治疗组患者的平均包块直径显著小于对照组患者,腹痛停止时间、血β-HCG恢复正常时间、平均住院时间均显著短于对照组患者,P＜0.05;治疗组患者的不良反应发生率为5.19％,对照组患者不良反应发生率为8.33％,差异具有统计学意义,P＜0.05.结论 米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠,明显缩短血β-HCG恢复时间和住院时间,临床效果显著,安全性高.

The clinical effect of Mifepristone combined with methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Mifepristone combined with methotrexate in the treatment ot ectopc pregnancy.Methods 380 patients with ectopic pregnancy in our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group of 212 cases and the control group of 168 cases. The control group was treated with mifepristone treatment and the control group was treated with mifepristone combined methotrexate methotrexate therapy.The clinical efficacy, the indicators as well as the occurrence of adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results The total efficiency of the treatment group was up to 92.45%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 74.40%, there were with significant differences between the two groups, P〈0.05. The mean mass diameter in the control group was significantly less thal~ the control group, abdominal pain stops time, serum 13-HCG returned to normal time, average length of stay was significantly shorter than the control group, P〈0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 5.19%, and the control group was 8.33%.There were significant differences between the two groups, P〈0.05.Conclusion Mifepristone combined with methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy, significantly reduce the recovery time and hospital stay of serum β-HCG, and the clinical effect is significant and safe.
