山莨菪碱对失血性休克狗红细胞变形能力的作用—抗休克机制的研究

摘    要:为探讨山良菪碱抗休克的机制,将15只失血性休克狗分为两组进行实验。山莨菪碱组:动物失血后静滴山莨菪碱(10mg/kg)20分钟;对照组则静滴同量生理盐水。实验过程中,在失血前、休克期和回输血液后分别从股动脉采血检查红细胞形态及其变形能力。结果:对照组在休克一小时和二小时,红细胞有部分皱缩并且变形能力降低,与休克前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。山茛菪碱组的红细胞形态和变形能力在失血前后则无明显差异,甚至在失血后第一小时其变形能力有所提高。以上说明山茛菪碱有维持正常红细胞形态和变形能力的作用。

Abstract:For studying the mechanism of antishock effects of anisodamine, the experiment was performed on 15 hemorrhagic shock dogs, divided into 2 groups. To the experiment group, anisodamine (10 mg/kg) in normal saline was instilled soon after hemorrhage, and a comparable dose of 0.9% Nacl solution was infused to the controls. Blood samples ( including blood smears ) were taken from a cannula in the femoral artery before and after hemorrhage at interals of 0, 1, and 2 hours. At the end of the experiment the shed blood with 100-200 ml of normal saline added was retransfused to treat shock. The results showed that the erythrocytes in the control group were more or less crenated and their deformability was decreased; the difference was significant(p<0.05) as compared with those at pre-shock stage. In the anisodamine group, however, only a few erythroctes were crenated and the deformability revealed no apparent decrease. In fact, the deformability in the first hour increased significantly(p<0.05) as compared with those before and 2 hr after hemorrhage. These results indicate that anisodamine can protect erythrocytes from changing in shape or maintain their deformability in the development of shock.
