经左颈内静脉入路肝内门腔静脉支架分流术（附12例报告）

常规的经颈静脉肝内门腔支架分流术均经右颈内静脉入路。这种入路操作容易，已成为经典途径。本文报告了114例肝硬化门脉高压患者中12例经左颈静脉入路完成Tipss操作。12例患者在造影时发现右颈静脉血栓形成、狭窄甚至闭塞。在右颈内静脉闭塞的情况下，经左侧入路是可行的。

Left transjugular approach for percutaneous intrahepatic portosystemic stent shunt

Right transjugular approach is the conventional technique for percutaneous intrahepatic portosystemic stent shunt. However, in 12 of our 114 patients, the right jugular vein was found to be thrombosed or occluded. The left transjugular approach was therefore tried and has been successfuly carried out in all the 12. Although some obstacles have been met with but were all succssfuly overcome. The left transjugular approach has not yet been re-ported in the literature but it is highly recommended when the right jugular vein has been thromborsed or occluded.
