重症监护室医院感染的原因及护理措施

目的:探讨重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)医院感染的原因及护理措施.方法:对2010年1～12月我院ICU医院感染患者96例进行回顾性分析.结果:医院感染发生率为15.68％,医院感染部位最多的为下呼吸道感染,占55.27％；侵入性操作中占医院感染总数的57.6％,是ICU医院感染发生的最危险因素,感染致病菌最多的为真菌类；易感因素中有滥用抗生素等.结论:加强环境管理、降低环境污染、严格执行无菌操作制度、合理使用抗生素等,是预防和控制ICU医院感染的有效方法.

Causes and nursing measures of hospital infections in ICU
