| 上颌窦恶性肿瘤的CT诊断 |

| 摘 要： | 目的:分析上颌窦恶性肿瘤的CT表现,旨在提高对此类病变CT表现的认识。方法:回顾性分析17例病理证明为上颌窦恶性肿瘤的CT资料。结果:窦腔内的软组织肿块及窦壁骨质破坏为上颌窦恶性肿瘤的共有表现,肿瘤可沿破坏的窦壁或沿神经向窦外侵犯呈浸润性生长。结论:CT扫描是准确评价上颌窦恶性肿瘤及其分期的有效检查手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the role of CT scan in the diagnosis of maxilla sinus malignant tumor. Methods Data from CT scan in 17 patients were retrospectively analyzed. All cases were confirmed histologically. Results All cases manifested soft tissue mass in the sinus cavity and sinus wall bone destruction.The tumor could infiltrate out of maxilla sinus through destructive bone or nerve. Conclusion CT scan is an effective examination in diagnosis and evaluation of staging. |
