空巢老年2型糖尿病患者生活质量的现状及其影响因素

目的了解空巢老年2型糖尿病患者生活质量的现状及其影响因素。方法 2013年3-9月,采用便利抽样法选取在北京市海淀区某7个社区卫生服务站就诊的281例空巢老年2型糖尿病患者,采用中文版简明健康调查表(SF-36)进行调查,采用逐步多元回归法分析患者生活质量的影响因素。结果患者生活质量受损最严重的为总体健康,最轻的为躯体疼痛。影响患者生活质量的因素有医疗保障形式、是否合并其他疾病、年龄、BMI、月收入、居住状况、确诊至今是否因糖尿病住院、糖尿病病程。结论空巢老年2型糖尿病患者生活质量差,护理人员应重点关注自费医疗、合并其他疾病、年龄大、BMI指数高、月收入少、独居、曾因糖尿病入院、糖尿病病程长的患者。

Quality of Life and Its Influencing Factors in Empty Nest Elderly with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To investigate the quality of life and its influencing factors for empty nest elderly with type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 281 patients with type 2 diabetes were investigated with Short Form 36 Health Survey Questionnaire （SF-36）. The influencing factors of quality of life were analyzed by multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results The most serious domain of quality of life was general health while the lightest one was body pain. The influencing factors of quality of life were medical insur- ance , with complications or not, age,BMI, monthly income, residence status, whether hospitalization for diabetes only and duration of disease, and time after diagnosis. Conclusion The quality of life in empty nest older people with type 2 diabetes is low. Nurses should pay more attention to patients who are self-paying, with complicationm older, high BMI, low income, without spouse, with other illness and longer duration.
