2010年至2012年医院静脉配置中心青霉素类药物用药分析

目的：了解医院静脉配置中心青霉素类抗菌药物的使用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用限定日剂量（ DDD ）分析法，对2010年至2012年青霉素类抗菌药物的使用数量、消费金额及用药频度（ DDDs ）进行统计分析。结果2010年至2012年总金额排序/DDDs排序值接近1.0（0.8~1.2）的品种为美洛西林钠（诺塞林）、美洛西林钠（力杨）、阿莫西林克拉维酸钾（阿莫克拉），占药品种类的1/3。正偏离最高出现在青霉素钠，负偏离最高出现在替卡西林钠克拉维酸钾（中诺仙林）。结论2010年至2012年，该院静脉用药调配中心冲配的青霉素类抗菌药物基本做到了疗效与价格并重，但仍有不尽合理之处，需要改善。

Analysis of Penicillin Antibacterial Drugs Use in PIVAS of Our Hospital during 2010-2012

Objective To understand the use situation of penicillin antibacterial drugs in the pharmacy intravenous admixture center （ PIVAS ） of our hospital, to analyze their use quantity, consumption sum and DDDs during 2010-2012, to make an objective evaluation on the rationality and causes and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods By the DDD analysis method, the use amount, consumption sum and DDDs of penicillin antibacterial drugs in PIVAS of our hospital during 2010-2012 were statistically ana-lyzed. Results The drug varieties with the ratio of total amount sort/DDDs sort close to 1. 0 （ 0. 8-1. 2 ） during 2010-2012 were me-zlocillin sodium （ nuosailin ） , mezlocillin sodium （ Liyang ） , amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium （ Amoksiklan ） , accounting for 1/3 of drug varieties. Penicillin sodium had the highest positive deviation, while the highest negative deviation was found in ticarcillin sodium and clavulanate potassium （ chino-e Xianlin ） . Conclusion Penicillin antibacterial drugs dispensed in PIVAS of our hospital during 2010-2012 basically attach equal importance to the curative effect and price, but there are still unreasonable problems needing to be improved.
