| 摘 要： | 目的:观察曲马多缓释片治疗骨折术后疼痛的临床效果。方法:选择71例住院的骨折患者,在进行切开复位内固定术后麻醉效果消失。出现疼痛时,给予口服曲马多缓释片,成人每次剂量100mg,观察止痛效果。结果:用药后,患者的疼痛明显缓解或消失,中度以上缓解率为95.8%。结论:曲马多缓释片是一种不良反应小,对骨折术后疼痛的治疗效果安全可靠。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the sustained-release tablets in the treatment of tramadol clinical effect of fracture pain.Methods Selected 71 patients with fractures of hospitalized patients during open reduction and internal fixation anesthetic effect disappears.Pain,to give oral tramadol tablets,each adult dose of 100 mg,Pain relief.Results After treatment,patients with pain were relieved or disappeared,moderate response rate of 95.8%.Conclusion Tramadol sustained-release tablets is a side effect of treatment of pain after fracture safe. |
