小儿支原体肺炎80例临床治疗效果分析

目的:探讨小儿支原体肺炎的临床治疗效果。方法:选择支原体肺炎患儿80例,随机将上述患儿分为两组,观察组和对照组。对照组患儿给予红霉素治疗。观察组患儿给予阿奇霉素序贯治疗。定期观察患儿临床症状和体征改善情况,定期行X线胸片检查,定期检测患儿的血、尿常规等。结果:两组患儿总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素序贯治疗能够显著改善支原体肺炎患儿临床症状,临床效果显著,值得借鉴。

Analysis of clinical efficacy of treatment on 80 children with mycoplasmal pneumonia

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of treatment on mycoplasmal pneumonia in children.Method For 80 children with mycoplasmal pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group.Erythromycin was given to the control group,azithromycin was given to the observation group with sequential therapy.The clinical symptoms was observed,chest X ray was done and blood routine examination,urine routine were done regularly.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group compared with that in the control group,there was statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Sequential therapy of azithromycin can improve the clinical symptoms of mycoplasmal pneumonia in children,the clinical efficacy is significant and the therapy should be the reference for doctors.
