| 根尖刮治术配合根管治疗术治疗难治性根尖周炎 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的:评价难治性根尖周炎的治疗效果。方法:应用根尖刮治术配合根管治疗术治疗难治性根尖周炎。结果:采用此方法治疗38颗患牙,半个月后观察成功37例,失败1例,成功率达97.37%;2年后复查成功35例,失败3例,成功率达92.11%。结论:根尖刮治术配合根管治疗术治疗难治性根尖周炎,远期成功率达92.11%,疗效值得肯定。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of refractory periapical periodontitis.Method Periapical curettage with root canal therapy was used to treat refractory periapical periodontitis.Results Among 38 teeth,37 cases were successful,1 case was failure after 0.5 month,and the success rate was 97.37% ;35 cases were successful,3 cases were failure in 2-year＇s re-check,and the success rate was 92.11%.Conclusion The long-term success rate is 92.11% for periapical curettage with root canal therapy in the treatment of refractory periapical periodontitis,and effect is affirmative. |
