| 摘 要： | 作者报告２例局限型ＷＧ，并结合文献对其肺部影像进行分析。ＷＧ肺部的主要表现是：（１）两肺多发或单发的结节病灶，常伴有厚壁空洞；（２）多种多样的肺部浸润性病灶，并具有易变性的特点。作者认为ＣＴ能够发现普通Ｘ线检查未能显示的病变，能够更清楚的显示病变的细节，有利于早期诊断。

| Abstract: | This paper is a repord of 2 cases of limited WG and a review of its pulmonary abnormalities on chest radiography. The main findings in the lungs of Patients with WG were: (1 ) The multiple, bilateral or single lung nodules, usually with thick - walled cavitation; (2) The various pulmonary infiltrates with changeable characteristics. It is suggested thatCT scan may demonstrate pulmonary lesions not apparent in chest radiography and help to further characterize the features ofthe pulmonary lesions, leading to an earlier diagnosis. |
