附子理中丸薄层扫描鉴定

摘    要:
本文对附子理中丸进行了薄层扫描鉴定的研究,通过单味药与成药进行阴、阳双对照认定成药中各单味药的特征色谱峰,从而达到鉴定的目的,为中成药附子理中丸的质量标准提供一定的方法和依据。

Abstract:
The pill of Fuzilizhong was separetely extracted with petroleum ether and allkaifying chloroform and the extract was separetely developed on Silica gel GF_(254)-0.2%CMC-Na plate,using petroleum ether-acetic ether-glacical acetic acid, and chloroform-methylic alcohol as the solvent and vanillin-con.H_2SO_4-glacical acetic acid,iodine as the color reagent. The identification of glycyrrhiza urlensis,codonopsis pilosula,zingber officinale and atractylodes macrocephala was made at λ_S540nm,λ_R700nm by dual wavelength TLC scanner,and the identification of aconitum carmichaeli at λ_S420nm,λ_R780nm.
