电针足三里对胃黏膜损伤家兔EGF、NO的影响

摘    要:目的观察电针足三里对家兔胃黏膜损伤的细胞保护作用与表皮生长因子(EGF)、-氧化氮(NO)的关系及足三里是否具有腧穴相对特异性。方法32只大耳白兔,随机分为4组,即足三里组、非穴组、模型组和空白组,每组8只。用无水乙醇按2.35mL/kg灌胃,造成胃黏膜损伤模型。各组检测胃黏膜EGF、血清中NO含量。结果模型组胃黏膜EGF含量最低,与空白组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。电针足三里后,足三里组胃黏膜EGF含量明显高于模型组(P<0.05);血清NO含量明显升高,与模型组、非穴组比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论电针足三里对胃黏膜损伤后的细胞保护作用机理,可能是由于提高胃黏膜中的EGF、血清中NO含量,并具有腧穴相对特异性。

Influence of Electroacupuncture of Zusanli (ST36) on Epidermal Growth Factor and Nitricoxide in Alcohol-induced Gastromucosal Lesion Rabbits

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of electroacupunctureof Zusanli (ST36) on epidermal growth factor (EGF) and nitricoxide (NO) in alcohol-induced gastromucosal lesion rabbits for analyzing the relationship between cytoprotection and EGF, NO, and there is or not point relative specificity in effect of Zusanli on EGF and NO. Methods 32 rabbits were randomly and evenly divided into Zusanli (ST36), non-acupoint, model and control groups. Gastric mucosal injury model was induced by intragastric infusion of dehydrated alcohol (2.35 mL/kg). The content of EGF of gastric mucoucs tissue and the content of NO of serums in each group were detected. Results EGF levels of gastric mucoucs tissues in model group were lowest, it was significant difference in comparison with control groups (P <0.01). After electroacupuncture of Zusanli (ST36), EGF levels of gastric mucoucs tissues in Zusanli group were obviously higher than those of model group (P <0.05) and serums NO levels in it were increased significantly in comparison with model and non-acupoint groups (P <0.05). Conclusion There findings suggest that the possible mechanism of cytoprotection of electroacupuncture of Zusanli (ST36) was that EGF levels in gastric mucoucs tissues, serums NO levels were increased. There was point relative specificity in the effect of Zusanli (ST36).
