| 摘 要： | 不合理入院是卫生服务过度利用的表现形式之一,早在20世纪60年代,国外学者就开始对这一问题进行研究。本文主要从不合理入院的识别标准和应对方法两方面来介绍国外已有的研究成果,尤其是AEP标准,介绍其主要内容和优势,进而探讨如何建立与我国的实际相符的识别标准和应对方法。

| Abstract: | Inappropriate hospital admission is one of the forms of excessive use of health services. Foreigners have researched on it since 1960s. The article introduces foreign research on methods and criteria of identifying and managing inappropriate admissions, especially on the con tents and advantages of AEP. Then providing a reference for the solution of similar problems in our country is necessary. |
