艾灸治疗原发性高血压病的探讨

目的:探讨艾灸治疗原发性高血压病的效果。方法:将衡阳市某社区160例原发性高血压病患者随机分为试验组和对照组各80例。对照组患者仅接受原有降压药治疗;试验组患者在接受原有降压药治疗的同时进行1个月的艾灸治疗。比较两组患者的血压情况。结果:试验组艾灸治疗1个月后收缩压和舒张压明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸可有效治疗原发性高血压病。

Discussion on moxibustion in treating essential hypertension

Objective：To investigate the effect of moxibustion treatment of essential hypertension. Methods ：160 eases of patients with essential hypertension in Hengyang city community,they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 80 cases in each group. The patients of the control group only accepted original antihypertensive drug treatment, mexibustion treatment in experimental group patients while received original antihypertensive drug treatment. Compared the two groups of patients with blood pressure. Results：The experimental group with the mexlbustion treatment one month later, systolic and diastolic blood pressure were slgnificantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Moxibustion can effective treatment the essential hypertension.
