The Clinical Observation of Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic Nephron Sparing Surgery in the Treatment of the Early Stage Renal Tumor

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephron sparing surgery in the treatment of the early stage renal tumor.Methods All the 52 patients underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephron sparing surgery.The renal artery was blocked with bulldog clamp and the tumor was resected with a margin of 0.5 to 1.0 cm of healthy renal parenchyma.Results The operations were successfully performed in all the 52 patients.The mean operative time was 139 min(100 to 195 min).The warm ischemia time was 26 min(19 to 28 min).The mean estimated blood loss was 198 mL(60 to 350 mL).Postoperative hemorrhage occurred in 2 cases,were relieved after conservative treatment.During a follow-up of 3 to 72 months,no recurrence or metastasis was found in all the patients.Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephron sparing surgery in the treatment of the early stage renal tumor could be effective and safe,and it should be an effective and feasible treatment regimen in the selected cases.
