自拟血瘀方联合西药防治经皮冠脉成形术后再狭窄61例临床观察

摘    要:
目的:探讨中西医结合防治经皮冠脉成形术后再狭窄的方法。方法:将经皮冠脉成形术后的冠心病患者124例随机分为治疗组61例与对照组63例。治疗组采用自拟中药血瘀方联合西药治疗,对照组单纯采用扩血管、降血酯、抗血黏度的西药口服治疗。两组均治疗3个月,随访6个月后作疗效比较。结果:复发率、复发次数、再狭窄率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组均优于对照组。结论:自拟血瘀方联合西药治疗可有效防治经皮冠脉成形术后患者冠脉再狭窄。

Abstract:
Objective: to explore the prevention and control of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in percutaneous coronary angioplasty restenosis after method.Methods: after percutaneous coronary angioplasty patients with coronary artery disease and 124 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group 61 examples and 63 cases of control group.Using the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group to blood stasis party joint western medicine treatment,only with expansion in the control group,fall blood vessels esters,resistance to blood viscosity of western medicine oral therapy.Both groups treatment 3 months,6 months of follow-up for curative effect after comparison.Results: the relapse rate,recurrence rate,restenosis rate difference were compared,and a statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group were better than those in the control group.Conclusion: the blood stasis party to joint western medicine treatment can effectively control percutaneous coronary angioplasty patients after coronary restenosis.
