| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨嗅神经母细胞瘤的临床特点、诊断及治疗.方法 回顾性分析经病理证实的9例嗅神经母细胞瘤的临床资料.结果 按Kadish分期法,A期0例,B期7例,C期2例;9例中,2例行放疗+化疗,7例行手术+放疗,结果 显示含有手术的综合治疗方案疗效较好.结论 嗅神经母细胞瘤的发病率极低,因无特异性临床症状或体征而容易误诊,... |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical feature,diagnosis and treatment of olfactory neuroblastoma.Methods The clinical data of 9 patients with olfactory neuroblastoma were analyzed.Results Kadish stage :A stage 0 case,B stage 7 cases,C stage 2 cases.Of the 9 cases,2 cases received radiotherapy and chemotherapy,7 cases received operation and radiotherapy,it was better that the effect of the combined modality therapy regimen including operation.Conclusion The incidence rate of olfactory neuroblastoma is low;it is easily misdiagnosed;its diagnosis relies on biopsy and imaging examinations,the effect of the combined modality therapy regimen including operation is good for olfactory neuroblastoma. |
