黄精赞育胶囊联合金水宝胶囊治疗男性不育症的临床疗效观察

目的:探讨黄精赞育胶囊联合金水宝胶囊治疗肾虚精亏兼湿热证型弱精子症、少精子症引起的男性不育的效果。方法:将男性不育210例随机分为两组。治疗组107例,服黄精赞育胶囊,4粒/次,金水宝胶囊,3粒/次,均3次/d,口服;对照组103例,仅服黄精赞育胶囊,4粒/次,3次/d,口服。治疗均以6个月为1个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率为84.4%;对照组总有效率为44.7%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组总疗效明显优于对照组。治疗组在提高精子浓度、改善精子活率、改善精子活动力、提高精子穿透毛细管的能力、改善畸型精子方面均有明显作用,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),优于对照组。结论:用黄精赞育胶囊联合金水宝胶囊治疗男性不育疗效佳,值得临床推广应用。

Tsan Yuk Wong Jing Jin Shui Bao capsule capsule treatment of male infertility clinical observation

Objective To explore the joint capsule Polygonatum Tsan Yuk JSBC sperm loss and heat treatment of kidney deficiency syndrome asthenospermia,oligozoospermia due to the effect of male infertility.Methods 210 male infertility were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group,107 patients,service Polygonatum Tsan Yuk 4 tablets/time,Jinshuibao capsule,3 capsules/time,all 3 times/d,orally;control group of 103 cases,only serve Polygonatum.The treatment group increased sperm concentration,improve sperm motility improve sperm motility,increased sperm penetration ability of capillary,have reported significant improvement of abnormal sperm function（P〈0.05）,better than the control group.Conclusion Wong Ching Tsan Yuk capsule and JSBC treatment of male infertility effect of good,worthy of clinical application.
