| 摘 要： | 髌骨骨折治疗方法较多，多为切开复位内固定，自2005年3月至2008年6月，采用空心螺钉微创治疗髌骨骨折18例，疗效满意，现报告如下。
1临床资料
本组18例，男10例，女8例；年龄29-57岁，平均41岁。致伤因素：车祸伤12例，跌打伤6例。均为闭合骨折，17例为单侧骨折，1例为双侧骨折。横行15例，纵行1例，撕脱性骨折2例。18例常规行X线检查及复查。
