摘    要:加强医学生人文素质培养,既是医学生自身全面和谐发展的内在需要,也是其适应变化、迎接挑战、参与竞争、构建和谐社会的客观要求。因此,正确把握推进医学生人文教育的实施原则,并在认识层面上关注操作中的几个重要问题,对于医学院校可持续健康发展具有重大的现实指导意义。

Abstract:To strengthen the medical student's humanistic quality cultivation is not only the internal need of the comprehensive and harmonious development for themselves,but also the objective requirement for their adapting to changes,confronting challenges,participating in competitions and constructing a harmonious society.Therefore,it is of great practical guiding significance for sustainable and healthy development in medical institutes to correctly grasp the implementation principles of enhancing the medical student's humanistic quality education,and to concern for several important issues in operation at awareness level as well.
