| 摘 要： | 人精子功能检测对男性不育症的病因诊断具有重要意义。有关精子功能的检测越来越受到人们的重视,如对精子运动特征检测、形态学分析、体外存活试验、精子膜完整性试验、顶体状态测定、精子-宫颈黏液相互作用试验等。这些试验均为男性不育症的诊断提供帮助,但要全面评价精子功能必须进行综合的检测。

| Abstract: | Human sperm function test has such an essential role on the etiologic diagnosis of male infertility that it attracts more and more attention.Many tests have offered indispensable approaches to diagnose the male infertility such as sperm movement character,morphological analysis,survival test in vitro,integrity of sperm membrane,acrosomic status,interaction between sperm and cervical mucus and so on.To evaluate the sperm function,comprehensive test is critical. |
