综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症

目的：采用综合疗法观察治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：病例分两组。采用针刀闭合松解术、牵引、手法正骨、脊神经阻滞复合抗炎止痛注射疗法综合治疗550例；腰牵手法治疗组200例为对照组。结论：综合疗法采用“三调衡，二消炎，一锻炼”的方案，是目前治疗腰突症的理想方法。

Treating protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc by complex treatment

Objective：To observe the curative effect of the complex treatment for treating protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods：The cases are divided into two teams. Adopting the complex treatment combining the acupotome closed lysis, traction, manual bone--setting and spinal nerves block compounding anti--inflammatory analgetic injection to treat 550 cases ;The comparing team is using lumbar traction to treat 200 cases. Results：For the 550 cases of the treating team, the excellent rate reaches 97.7% and that of the comparing team reaches 75.5 %, P〈0.01, the difference is very obvious. Conclusion： The complex treatment is adopting the plan of＂three regulating balance＂ , ＂two diminish inflammation＂and ＂one exercise＂and it is the perfect method for treating protrusion of lumbarintervertebral disc at present.
