| 摘 要： | 91年8月至93年2月选择初诊晚期食管癌60例随机分两组:选择性动脉插管灌注化疗和放疗组;单纯放疗组。前组用阿霉素60mg,5氟脲嘧啶1g,顺铂40mg灌注化疗2个疗程后3周即行放疗(DT50GY/5周);后组放疗量DT60～70GY/6～7周。近期疗效率前组优于后组,一年生存率分别为65.3％和36.7％。有显著性差异。讨论了食管动脉插管技术。 |

| Abstract: | From Aug. 1991 to Feb. 1993, 60 Patients with primary advanced esophagus carcinoma were devided into two groups at random. Group one treated by artery infusion chemotherapy (using ADM 60mg, Cisplatin 40mg, 5-Fu 1g for two therapeutic periods) at frist, and radiotherapy (DT 50GY/5W) after 3 weeks. Group two treated by radiotherapy only(DT 60-70GY/6-7w) . Early Clinical results of group one were better than that of group two. One year survial rate was 65.3% in group one and 36.7% in group two. Essentials of angiographic technique were discussed. |
