109例老年死亡病例分析

目的：分析我科老年患者死亡的主要疾病种类并探讨防治方法.方法：应用ICD-10国际疾病分类法,对住院死亡患者的资料进行总结.结果：我科老年患者死亡的主要疾病为：脑血管疾病、心血管疾病,呼吸系统感染,肿瘤.结论：预防为主,尽早就诊,降低死亡率.

In 109 cases of elderly death analysis

Objective： To analyse the major kinds of diseases leading to death in our hospital and to discuss methods of disease prevention and treat ment. Methods：The date of the dead inpatient were classified and analysed acoording to the ICD-10 Internatioal Disease Classification. Results The major diseases leading to death were diseases of circulatory,respiratory system and malignant tumors. Conclusions： To improve the consciousness of preventing diseases.
