周围性面瘫的综合康复疗效探讨

目的探讨周围性面神经瘫痪的康复疗效。方法将72例单纯性周围性面瘫的患者随机分为2组,对照组35例,治疗组37例。对照组用常规的物理治疗,包括超短波、低频脉冲电刺激疗法。治疗组37例,除常规物理治疗外,还予以手法按摩面部肌肉以及相应的穴位,治疗前后均以House-Brackmann法以及时间-强度曲线进行功能障碍评定。结果两组有效率均达90%以上,其中轻度及中度功能障碍者的疗效最佳。两组治疗时间比较,治疗组明显短于对照组的(P<0.01)。结论在常规的物理治疗的基础上,早期、规范、合理地应用手法按摩对周围性面瘫的康复疗效及缩短病程方面有明显的提高。

Effect of the Rehabilitation Treatment for Peripheral Facial Neuritis

Objective To investigate the curative effect of the rehabilitation for peripheral facial neuritis.Methods By random grouping,72 peripheral facial neuritis patients were divided into 2 groups,one was control group with 35 patients,another was treatment group with 37 pa-tients.The patients in control group accepted conventional physical therapy,including microwave and pulsed low frequency electric stimulation.Treatment group accepted point massage in addition.All the subjects involved were evaluated by the House-Brackmann score.Results The two groups are both improved significantly;and the outcome of patients with mild and moderate functional impairment were efficacy best.Comparing the treatment time,the consumption of the treatment group was shorter than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Based on the conventional physical therapy,early,standard and reasonable application of manual massage on peripheral facial neuritis could be more effective and shorten the course of disease.
