斑马导丝硬头端在皮肾通道建立过程中的应用探讨

摘    要:目的 探讨使用斑马导丝硬头端在处理复杂性及特殊肾结石手术过程中的应用.方法 在皮肾通道建立过程中,利用C臂X光透视定位,将斑马导丝硬头端插入肾盏对侧肾皮质内,引导筋膜扩张器进行扩张,建立皮肾通道,行气压弹道碎石或钬激光碎石.结果 67例患者均成功建立皮肾通道,术中无大出血,无肾脏穿孔及肾包膜下血肿.结论 利用斑马导丝硬头端插入对侧肾质内处理因导丝软头端无法插入,或插入深度不够的肾结石患者,此方法安全、可靠.

The application discussion of Zebra guidewire hard head end in the process of building percutaneous renal access

Abstract:Objectives To explore the use of zebra guidewire hard at the head end processing complexity and special kidney stone operation process application. Methods In percutaneous renal access the build process, using C arm X ray positioning, the zebra guidewire hard head end is inserted into the renal calyceal contralateral renal cortex, guided fascia expander, established percutaneous renal access, line of pneumatic lithotripsy and holmium la ser lithotripsy. Results of the 67 patients were successfully established percutaneous renal access, no intraopera tire bleeding, perforation and no renal subcapsular renal hematoma. Conclusions The use of zebra guidewire hard head end is inserted into the eontralateral renal interstitial treatment for guide wire soft head cannot be inserted into the insertion depth is not enough, or the patient with kidney stones, the method is safe, reliable.
