宁夏甘草种植基地环境与质量评价

摘    要:目的对宁夏甘草种植基地的环境与药材质量进行评价。方法采用国家规定的环境质量及其分析方法标准和相关的文献方法对宁夏种植甘草基地规划区的土壤环境、水资源环境、空气环境和甘草质量进行评价。结果宁夏甘草种植基地环境与药材质量评价,土壤环境质量达国家GBl5618-1995《土壤环境质量标准》的二级标准;灌溉水质质量符合国家《农田灌溉水质量标准》(GB5084-92)的二级标准;空气环境质量符合国家《环境空气质量标准》(GB3095-1996)二级标准和GB9173-1988《大气污染物最高允许浓度标准》;甘草质量符合《中国药典》2000版规定用HPLC图谱法测定甘草酸类及甘草黄铜类化合物的含量标准。结论宁夏甘草种植基地环境质量和甘草质量良好,符合GAP绿色药材种植环境质量要求

Abstract:Objective To assess on relationship between environmental conditions and quality of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.in GAP bases of Ningxia region.Methods The bases environmental indexes which were on the basis of state standard,including atmosphere,water,and soil conditions in the cultural region,and the literatures concerned were also consulted.Results The soil environment quality accorded with the second grad of Environmental Quality Standard of Soils(GB15618-1995),irrigating water accorded with State Quality Standards(GB5084-1992),atmosphere environment quality reached to the second grad of the Ambient Air Quality Standard(GB3095-1996),and accorded with the State Standard(GB9173-1988)of Atomsphere Polluter Limited Supreme Concentration Index.The quality of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.was reached to Chinese Pharmacopoeia edition 2000 that contents of glycyrrhizic dcid and liquiritin were determined by HPLC.Conclusion Environment conditions of Ningxia GAP bases of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.were well,and accorded with environment quality standards of producing bases for Chinese green crud drugs.
