黛力新联合复方阿嗪米特治疗功能性消化不良63例分析

目的观察黛力新联合复方阿嗪米特治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法将142例功能性消化不良患者随机分为两组:观察组63例,接受黛力新联合复方阿嗪米特治疗;对照组79例,仅接受复方阿嗪米特治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率为100.0%;对照组为78.5%;观察组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论黛力新联合复方阿嗪米特治疗功能性消化不良疗效好,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Deanxit nlus compound azintamide in the treatment of functional dyspepsia, a report of 63 cases

Objective To observe the treatment efficacy with functional dyspepsia by deanxit plus compound azintamide. Methods 142 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups：the observation group （63 cases） received deanxit plus compound azintamide,the control group （79 cases） received only by compound azintamide. Results The total cure rate was 100% in the observation group, superior to 78.5% in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no statistical significant difference in the side effect rate between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Deanxit plus compound azintamide has excellent treatment effect on functional dyspepsia without apparent side effect, signifying its broad clinical application.
