Caveolin-1和Caspase-3蛋白在肝细胞癌中的表达及意义

目的研究Caveolin．1和Caspase-3蛋白在肝细胞癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学检测30例肝细胞癌，相应癌旁及10例正常肝组织中Caveolin-1和Caspase-3蛋白的表达。结果（1）Caveolin-1在正常肝组织、癌旁肝组织、肝细胞癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为90％、13．33％、10％。Caspase-3在正常肝组织、癌旁肝组织、肝细胞癌组织中阳性表达率分别为90％、70％、40％。Caveolin．1和Caspase-3在不同性质组织间的表达，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；（2）Caveolin-1与Caspase-3的表迭在肝细胞癌中无明显相关性（r=0．181，P=0．337）。结论Caveolin-1与Caspase-3在肝细胞癌组织中表达均呈下降，但两者间无明显相关性，提示在肝细胞癌中，Caveolin-1的异常与Caspase-3细胞凋亡紊乱无关。

The expression and significance of Caveolin-1 and Caspase-3 protein in hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Caveolin-1 and Caspase-3 protein in hepatocellelar carcinoma（HCC）. Method The expression of Caveolin-1 and Caspase-3 protein were detected both by immunobistochemistry in 10 cases of normal liver tissue,30 cases of liver cancers, and paracancer liver tissue. Result （ 1 ） The positive expression rate of Caveolin-I protein in normal liver tissue,liver cancers, and paracancer liver tissue was 90%, 13.33% ,and 10%, respectively, while Caspase-3 was 90% ,70% ,and 40% ,respectively,and the difference of Caveolin-1 and Caspase-3 in different tissues had statistical significance（P〈0. 05）. （2） There was no apparent correlation between the expression of Caveolin-1 and Caspase-3 in HCC （r = 0.181,P = 0.337）. Conclusion The expressions of Caveolin-1 and Caspase-3 protein both decline in HCC, but no significant correlation between them exists,indicating the abnormity of Caveolin-1 and Caspase-3 cell apoptosis disorder have no correlation in HCC.
