| 摘 要： | 从１９９２－１９９６年选择性劝脉化疗治疗晚期胃癌３５例，近期有效率４０％（１４／３５），症状改善者８６％，毒副反应轻。结果表明动脉灌注化疗方法治疗晚期胃癌改善了因全身性化疗的毒副作用，并提高了临床疗效及病员生存质量，但确切的疗铲评价与生存率还有待进一步探讨。

| Abstract: | cases of advanced gastric cancer were treated with selective intra arterial chemotherapy from 1992 to 1996.The response rate was 40%(14/35) and the palliation of symptoms 86%(30/35) with lower toxic effect.The results showed that intra atrerial chemotherapy lowered side-effet compared with systemic chemothrapy and improved the clinic response and the performence status of patient with advanced gastric cancer.The value of responce rate and the improvement of survival rate,however,must be comfirmed in subsequent clinical trials. |
