双眼包扎患者心理状态分析及护理干预

目的了解双眼包扎患者的心理状态，探讨减少不良心理反应的护理干预对策。方法采用问卷调查结合交谈法，观察法，对86例双眼包扎患者的心理状态进行调查分析。结果55．8％的患者存在焦虑心理，24％的患者存在抑郁心理。结论患者双眼包扎期间，视觉剥夺，不分昼夜，活动受限，自我照顾能力下降，又担心疾病预后，心理压力大，产生各种不良心理反应;因此双眼包扎患者的心理护理应引起医护人员的足够重视；应针对性地实施有效护理措施，提高患者的治疗依从性和遵医行为，帮助患者顺利度过双眼包扎期，减少并发症的发生，有利于疾病的康复。

Analysis on Mental State of Patient Treated with Binocular Bandage and Corresponding Nursing Intervention

Objective To understand the mental state of the patients treated with binocular bandage and investigate the nursing interventions .for reducing adverse psychic reaction. Methods A survey was conducted on 86 cases treated with binocular bandage with regard to mental status by using questionnaire survey cobmined with interview and observation method. Results Anxiety was existed in 55.8% of all 86 subjects and depression in 24% of all patients. Conclusion During the period of binocular bandage the visual deprivation, incapability of feeling day and night, limitation of motion, decreased self-care capability, worry about disease prognosis, and heavey mental stress can result in varying adverse psychic reactions. Therefore, much attention should be paled to the mental nursing care .for the patients with binocular bandage by medical staff. Implementaion of corresponding potent nursing measures should be achieved to raise the treatment compliance and compliance behavior, carry the patients through the period of binocular bandage, decrease the complications and faciliate the recovery of the disease.
