摘    要:目的 建立HPLC法测定右旋布洛芬缓释胶囊中的有关物质.方法 色谱柱为ODS-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm,流动相为乙腈-磷酸二氢钾溶液(调pH 3.5)(体积比60:40),右旋布洛芬检测波长264nm,左旋体检测波长为351nm.结果本法能有效地分离右旋布洛芬缓释胶囊中的左旋体及有关物质.结论 方法简便,专属性好,结果准确,可用于右旋布洛芬缓释胶囊的质量控制.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determination of related substances in sustained-release capsules of Dexibuprofen. METHODS The substances were analyzed on an Hypersil ODS-C18 HPLC column (250mm × 4.6mm,5μm) with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile potassium dihydrogen phosphate (pH 3.5) (60:40 v/v). The detection wavelength was 264nm for Dexibuprofen, while 351nm for the L-Ibupro- fen. RESULTS This method can availably separate the L-Ibuprofen and other related substances in sustained-re- lease capsules of Dexibuprofen. CONCLUSION This method is simple, high specificity and accurate. It can be used for quality control of sustained-release capsules of DexibuDrofen.
