摘    要:目的 探讨3,5-二硝基水杨酸(DNS)法测定还原糖含量的适宜条件,建立五味子还原糖的提取及测定方法.方法 以DNS为显色剂,以葡萄糖为对照品,考察测定波长对还原糖测定过程中各因素的影响;比较不同五味子饮片中水提法还原糖的含量.结果 以葡萄糖为对照的适宜波长为530nm,五味子饮片中还原糖含量有一定差别.结论 本法简便、准确、可靠,可用于五味子还原糖的含量测定.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the optimum condition for determining the content of reducing sugar by DNS Method and establish the extraction and determination method for reducing sugar in Schisandra. METHODS Measurement wavelength was investigated on the influence of various factors in the process of determining reducing sugar with DNS as chromomeric agent and Glucose as reference. Contents of reducing sugar in different Schisandra slices prepared by water extracting were compared. RESULTS The optimum wavelength was 530nm with Glucose as reference. The content of reducing sugar was different in Schisandra slices. CONCLUSION The method is accu- rate, reliable and can be used for determining the content of reducing sugar in Schisandra.
