| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心痛心力衰竭的临床效果。方法：选取我院2011年1月～2012年1月间收治的冠心病心力衰竭患者100例，随机分为观察组与对照组，两组患者均给予冠心病心力衰竭常规综合治疗，观察组在综合治疗的基础上加用美托洛尔联合曲关他嗪治疗，对比两组患者治疗前后心功能改善情况。结果：观察组治疗后左室射血分数（LVEF）、左心室收缩末期内径（I，VESD）、左心室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）及6rain步行距离均较对照组改善明显，组间比较差异有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论：美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪可显著改善冠心病心力衰竭患者心脏功能，疗效确切，是治疗冠心病心力衰竭的有效治疗方案。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine on with coronary heart disease （CHD） and heart failure. Methods. A total of 100 patients with CHD and heart failure admitted from Jan, 2011 to Jan, 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and con- trol group. Patients in two groups were given routine treatment, while patients in the observation group were also given metoprolol combined trimetazidine on the basis of routine treatment. Cardiac function of two groups was compared before and after treatment. Results. Left ventricular ejection fraction, left ven- tricular end systolic diameter, left ventricular end-diastolic dimension and 6 min walking distance in the observation group were significantly improved than control group after treatment （P~0.05）. Conclusions. Metoprolol combined with trimetazidine can significantly improve cardiac function in CHD patients with heart failure. It has satisfactory curative effect in the treatment of CHD heart failure |
