结直肠癌手术患者围手术期肿瘤标志物及免疫指标的变化

目的：观察结直肠癌手术患者围手术期肿瘤标志物及免疫指标的变化情况。方法：选取2012年2月～2013年4月于本院进行诊断与治疗的61例结直肠癌患者为观察组,同期体检的61例结直肠良性疾病患者为对照组,比较观察组手术前后不同时间与对照组的血清肿瘤标志物及免疫状态中的红细胞免疫和体液免疫指标水平。结果：观察组手术前的血清肿瘤标志物高于对照组和本组术后2、7及14d的检测水平;免疫状态中的红细胞免疫与体液免疫指标均低于对照组,且观察组术后2d的检测水平明显低于本组其他时间的检测水平,差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）。结论：结直肠癌手术患者围手术期肿瘤标志物呈现持续降低的趋势,免疫指标也有一定的波动。

Change of tumor markers and immune indexes of patients with colorectal cancer during perioperative period

Objective：To study the change in tumor markers and immune indexes of patients with colorectal cancer during the perioperative period.Methods：A total of 61patients with colorectal cancer who were treated and diagnosed in our hospital from February 2012to April 2013were selected as observation group,61patients with benign colorectal diseases at the same period as the control group.Serum tumor markers and immune indexes including erythrocyte immunity indexes and humoral immunity indexes before and at different time after the operation were analyzed and compared.Results：The serum tumor markers of observation group before the operation were all higher than those of control group and those on 2nd,7th and 14th day after the treatment.Immune indexes including erythrocyte immunity indexes and humoral immunity indexes were all worse than those of control group,and those indexes of observation group on 2nd day after the treatment were worse than those at those at other times（all P0.05）.Conclusion：The tumor markers patients with colorectal cancer during perioperative period are tend to continuous decrease, and the immune indexes have certain fluctuation too.
