原子吸收分光光度法测定右旋糖酐铁片的含量

摘    要:目的:建立原子吸收分光光度法测定右旋糖酐铁片的含量。方法以0.1mol· L^-1盐酸溶液为溶剂,检测波长为248.3nm,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定。结果在0~5μg · mL^-1范围内吸光度与浓度呈良好的线性关系( r =0.9996),平均回收率为102.7%( RSD =1.1%)。结论本方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,可用于右旋糖酐铁片的含量测定。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a atomic absorption spectrometry ( AAS) method for content determination of Iron Dextran Tablets.METHODS The sample was dissolved by 0.1 mol · L^-1 HCl solution and the detection wavelength was 248.3 nm.And the content was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry ( FAAS ) meth-od.RESULTS The linear concentration region was 0~5μg· mL^-1 and the average recovery was 102.7%( RSD=1.1%).CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate.It can be used for quality control of Iron Dextran Tablets.
