| Abstract: | The chemical components in Crocus sativus are carotenoids and their glycosides, flavonoid glycosides, a- mino acids, etc. Crocetin is one of the main components and the paper aims to summarize research advances in the pharmacological effects of Crocus sativus. This work can provide the scientific basis for better the utilization of Crocus sativus. |
