摘 要: | 目的:研究硬膜外自控镇痛对胸部手术患者的镇痛效果及对肺功能、肺部感染的影响。方法:选取2012年4月2013年6月于本院进行胸部手术治疗的90例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组45例和观察组45例,对照组进行静脉自控镇痛,观察组则进行硬膜外自控镇痛,然后将两组术后不同时间点的VRS评估结果、肺部感染发生率及手术前后的肺功能指标进行比较。结果:观察组术后不同时间点的VRS评估结果均好于对照组,总肺部感染发生率低于对照组,术后不同时间的肺功能指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:硬膜外自控镇痛在胸部手术患者中的镇痛效果较好,且对肺功能、肺部感染的影响也更为积极,故临床综合价值更高

Analgesic effect of patient-controlled epidural analgesia in patients with thoracic operation and its influence for the pulmonary function and pulmonary infection |

Abstract: | Objective= To study the analgesic effect of patient-controlled epidural analgesia in pa- tients with thoracic operation and its influence for the pulmonary function and pulmonary infection. Meth- ods:A total of 90 patients with thoracic operation in our hospital from April 2012 to June 2013 were select- ed as research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group (n= 45 cases) and observation group (n=45 cases), the control group were intervened with patient-controlled intravenous analgesia,the observation group were intervened with patient-controlled epidural analgesia, then the VRS results at dif- ferent times, pulmonary infection rate and pulmonary function before and after the operation of two groups were compared. Results= The VRS results of observation group at different times were all better than those of control group, but total pulmonary infection rates were lower than those of control group, the pulmona- ry function indexes at different times after the operation were all better than those of control group, (all P d0.05). Conclusion:The analgesic effect of patient-controlled epidural analgesia in patients with thoracic operation is better, and the influence for the pulmonary function and pulmonary infection are both more ac-tive, so its clinical application value is higher. |
