| 摘 要： | 目的 对国外药典收载的孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片的各种有关物质方法进行比较考证,通过优化建立专属性更好的HPLC方法.方法 采用反相HPLC法,色谱柱为苯基柱（4.6mm×50mm,1.8μm）,梯度洗脱,流动相A为20mmol·L-1 Na2HPO4水溶液（用磷酸调pH至5.7）,流动相B为乙腈;流速为1.2m·min-1;检测波长为238nm;柱温为30℃.结果 孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片的各个杂质在此色谱条件下能得到有效分离.结论该方法可用于孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片的有关物质检查与质量控制.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish an optimized HPLC method for determination of related substances in Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets. METHODS The chromatography analysis was performed on a phenyl col- umn （4.6mm× 50mm, 1.8 μm） using gradient elution of a mobile phase consisted of solvents A and B. The A solvent was 20mmol. L-1 disodium hydrogen phosphate （pH 5.7 adjusted by phosphoric acid） ;the B solvent was acetoni- trile. The flow rate was 1.2mL . min-1 and the detection wavelength was 238nm. The column temperature was set at 30℃. RESULTS This method had been validated under various conditions, and montelukast related substances were completely separated from each other. CONCLUSION The method can be used for quality control of Monte- lukst Sodium Chewable Tablets. |
