依达拉奉联合丁苯酞氯化钠治疗老年腔隙性脑梗死临床观察

目的 探讨依达拉奉联合丁苯酞氯化钠治疗老年腔隙性脑梗死的效果.方法 选择2014年2月-2016年2月收治的80例老年腔隙性脑梗死患者,按治疗方法分成观察组和对照组,每组40例.对照组在常规治疗基础上加用依达拉奉,观察组在对照组基础上加用丁苯酞氯化钠.比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后认知功能恢复情况.结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组,美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组,简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)各指标评分及Barthel指数量表(BI)评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).2组均无明显不良反应.结论 依达拉奉联合丁苯酞氯化钠能有效改善老年腔隙性脑梗死患者的神经功能与认知功能,提高患者的生活质量.

Clinical Observation of Edaravone Combined with Butylphthalide Sodium Chloride in Treatment of Senile Patients with Lacunar Infarction

Objective To investigate effect of Edaravone combined with Butylphthalide Sodium Chloride in treatment of senile patients with lacunar infarction.Methods A total of 80 senile patients with lacunar infarction admitted during February 2014 and February 2016 were divided into observation group and control group (n =40 for each group) according to treatment methods.Control group was given Edaravone on the basis of regular treatment,and observation group was added Butylphthalide Sodium Chloride on the basis of treatment for control group.Clinical effect and recovery conditions of cognitive function before and after treatment were compared in two groups.Results In observation group,the total effective rate was significantly higher,and national institute of health stroke scale (NIHSS) score was significantly lower,and mini-mental state examination (MMSE) score and Barthel index (BI) score were significantly higher than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant adverse reaction in two groups.Conclusion Edaravone combined with Butylphthalide Sodium Chloride can effectively improve nerve function and cognitive function and improve life quality of senile patients with lacunar infarction.
