健康教育对支气管哮喘患者疾病认知水平和健康行为的影响

目的探讨健康教育对支气管哮喘患者疾病认知水平与健康行为的影响。方法 采用问卷调查的方法,比较80例支气管哮喘患者在健康教育前后对支气管哮喘疾病认知水平和健康行为的差异。结果 经过健康教育,80例患者对疾病相关知识的认知有了明显的提高（P〈0.01）;且患者健康行为发生率也明显优于教育前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 健康教育可明显提高患者对支气管哮喘疾病的认知及健康行为的改善,利于患者哮喘发作期的缓解和缓解期的康复,有效减少患者哮喘的复发和住院的次数。

The effect of health education on disease knowledge and health behavior in patients with bronchial asthma

Objective To discuss the effect of health education on disease knowledge and health behavior in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods Before and after the health education,compared the differences of disease knowledge and health behavior in 80 cases patients with bronchial asthma.Results After health education,level of disease knowledge of 80 cases patients had been significantly improved（P0.01）;And the incidence of health behavior was significantly better than that before education,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion Health education can significantly improve the patient understanding of the disease of asthma and the improvement of health behavior,help patients with asthma remission of mitigation and reduce the frequency of relapse and hospitalization.
