| 摘 要： | 目的探讨综合护理干预对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者预后及遵医行为的影响。方法 70例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组在对照组基础上给予综合护理干预。比较2组预后及遵医行为情况。结果 观察组预后和遵医行为情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统的综合护理干预可增强冠心病患者的自我保健意识,降低冠心病的复发率和病死率,提高患者的生活质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the prognosis and compliance behavior of patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods 70 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,35 cases of each.The control group received routine care,while the observation group based on the control group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The prognosis and compliance behavior of two groups were compared.Results The situation of the prognosis and compliance behavior in the observation group were respectively better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The systemic comprehensive nursing intervention can enhance the sense of self-care of patients with CHD,reducing the recurrence and fatality rate of the disease,and it can also improve the life quality of patients. |
