腹腔镜下子宫肌壁间肌瘤剔除术中垂体后叶素较缩宫素的优越性

目的研究腹腔镜下子宫肌壁间肌瘤剔除术中垂体后叶素较缩宫素的优越性。方法将60例肌壁间子宫肌瘤剔除手术患者随机分为注射垂体后叶素组(A组)和注射缩宫素组(B组),比较两组手术时间、术中出血量及用药后收缩压变化。结果 A组手术时间显著短于B组;术中出血量A组小于B组,二者差异有显著性;垂体后叶素注射后15 min A组收缩压上升相对明显,与B组相比有显著性差异,30 min后二者收缩压差异无统计学意义。结论垂体后叶素局部注射止血效果肯定,在腹腔镜下子宫肌壁间肌瘤剔除术中的止血效果优于缩宫素。

The Superiority of Pituitrin in Laparoscopic Myomectomy to intramuraI hysteromyoma to Oxytocin

Objective To investigate the superiority of Pituitrin in Laparoscopic Myomectomy to intramuraI hysteromyoma to Oxytocin. Methods Sixty patients with intramuraI hysteromyoma were randomized divided Pituitrin group（A group） and Oxytocin group （B group）, to compare the operative time, operative bleeding and systolic blood pressure change after the injection. Results The operative time of B group is significantly higher than A group; the operative bleeding of A group is smaller than B group; after 15 minutes injection the A group’s systolic blood pressure rising obviously, there was significant difference between two group. But there was no significant bIood pressure increasing after 30 minutes in both group. Conclusions The hemostasis effectiveness is positive of Pituitrin local injection, Pituitrin is more effective than Oxytocin in Laparoscopic Myomectomy to intramuraI hysteromyoma.
