| 间日疟原虫、食蟹猴疟原虫和伯氏疟原虫的可溶性抗原蛋白质印渍分析 | |

| 摘 要： | 分别采间日疟（ＰＶ）患者、食蟹猴疟原虫（ＰＣ）感染恒河猴和伯氏疟原虫感染小鼠的原虫血制备的可溶性抗原，经ＳＯＳ－ＰＡＧＥ，分离出８、４、５条主带，经８株ＭｃＡｂ作蛋白印渍分析，结果ＭＣＡｂ９１ＰＶ１１—１３仅与ＰＶ抗原上分子量为１１４ＫＤ和７２ＫＤ的两种蛋白起反应，而９１ＰＣ３—４能和ＰＶ抗原上１５３ＫＤ、１４７ＫＤ及ＰＣ抗原上１４９ＫＤ反应，９１ＰＣ４—４能与ＰＶ抗原上７２ＫＤ，ＰＣ抗原上７４ＫＤ及人红细胞蛋白的８０ＫＤ反应。表明９１ＡＶ１１—３是较为成功的ＭｃＡｂ。 |

| Abstract: | The result of analysis of soluble Antigens by SDS-PAGE were as follows:Antigens from Human cases infected with P.V.Rhesus monkeys with P.C. and mouse with P.b. were seperated into 8, 4 and 5 bands respectively. The result of analysis with 8 strains McAb by western-blot showed that McAb 91Pv11-13 only reacted with P.v.antigen with the protein molecular weight of 114KD and 72KD 91PC3-4 reacted with P.V.protein of 153KD and 147KD and P.C.of 149KD, and 91PC4-4 reacted with P.V.of 72KD P.C.74KD and human RBC Protein of 80KD. |
