胺碘酮治疗室性心动过速17例临床观察与护理

目的观察胺碘酮治疗室性心动过速的临床疗效及不良反应。方法对17例室性心动过速患者给予胺碘酮静脉注射和口服治疗，观察治疗后病情的控制情况及不良反应。结果14例有效，有效率82％，其中2例配合多次电击，2例在静脉滴注时出现低血压休克，用升压抗休克治疗后不良反应减轻；1例在治疗过程中出现轻微恶心、腹胀，停药后症状消失；3例无效。结论胺碘酮治疗室性心动过速心律失常的临床疗效确切，配合严密细致的护理是确保治疗成功的关键。

Clinical Observation and Nursing of 17 Cases with Ventricular Tachycardia Treated by Amiodarone

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect and side - effect of amiodarone in treating ventricular tachycardia. Methods 17 cases with ventricular tachycardia receive intravenous injection and oral administration of amiodarone, the improvement after treatment and side - effect were observed. Results The treatment was effective in 14 cases with the curative rate of 82%, out of the 14, 2 cases received electric shocks for many times, 1 case suffered from hypotensive shock when having intrave- nous dripping and the side - effect symptoms were relieved after pressor and anti - shock treatment, 1 case suffered from slight nausea and abdominal distension, and the symptoms disappeared when medication stopped; the treatment showed no effect in 3 cases. Conclusions Amiodarone is of exact clinical curative effect for arrhythmias of ventricular tachycardia and it is important to provide dedicate nursing in the treatment for better effect.
