人文护理对慢性支气管炎患者康复过程的影响

目的探讨人文护理对慢性支气管炎患者临床康复过程的影响。方法选102例慢性支气管炎患者,分为对照组和观察组,各51例,对照组患者只给予呼吸内科常规护理,观察组则采用常规护理加人文护理诸措施(心理疏导、健康教育、家属指导、护患交流)。结果显示观察组患者的治疗有效率、依从性、抑郁自评量表评分、焦虑自评量表评分、健康知识评分、住院时间均优于对照组,总体差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人文护理的干预措施能提高慢性支气管炎患者的治疗效果,加快其康复过程,改善预后,值得在临床护理工作中进一步推广。

Influence of Humanistic Nursing on the Rehabilitation of Patients with Chronic Bronchitis Process

Objective To investigate the effects of humanistic nursing clinical rehabilitation on the process of recovery in patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods 102 cases of chronic bronchitis patients were divided into the observation group and the control group with 51 cases in each group. The patients in the control group only received routine nursing of respiratory department of internal medicine, the observation group was treated with routine nursing and humanistic nursing （psychological counseling, health education, guidance, nurse-families of patient communication）.Results Comparing the observation group, after the treatment efficiency, compliance, self rating depression scale, self rating anxiety scale, health knowledge score, length of hospital stay, recurrence rate, patient satisfaction was signiifcantly better than the control group, there was statistically signiifcant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Humanistic nursing intervention can improve the therapeutic effects the process of recovery in patients with chronic bronchitis, to speed up the recovery process, improve the prognosis, is worthy of further promotion in clinical nursing work.
