战创伤伤口换药教学改革的创新与实践

战创伤伤口的换药是基层部队常用、实用性强的护理操作技能项目之一,伤口换药技能训练是要求学兵熟练掌握的操作技术。全面改革卫生士官教学过程,提高教学质量,是提高我校卫生士官培训质量的主要环节。通过教学设计上改革创新、改善教学支撑条件、训练方法改革创新等探索了适用的、灵活多样的教学方法。战创伤伤口换药技能教学获得了较为满意的教学效果。

The aim of training dressing change skill is demanding corpsmen have this skill at their finger ends.
