不同昼夜节律的高血压病动态血压对比分析

目的：旨在探讨高血压病患者昼夜变化是句型、非勺型不同节律的动态血压特征。方法：将不同昼夜节律的高血压病动态血压做统计学的对比分析。结果表明：２４ｈ动态血压昼夜均值、日间均值、夜间均值、日间血压负荷、夜间血压负荷、波动范围、夜间血压下降率较正常血压参照值明显异常，且以非勺型者为著。结论：非勺型与勺型高血压病患者之间存在显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。

A Comparative Analysis of Ambulatory Blood Pressure in Hypertension with Different Circadian Rhythms

Objective To investigate the ambulatory blood pressure characteristics of hypertensions with different circadian rhthyms. Methods A statistically comparative study was made. Results Compared with normal blood pressure reference values, the 24 - hour ambulatory blood pressure mean, the day mean, the night mean, the day blood pressure load, the night blood pressure load, the range, and the fall rate of night blood pressure in these patients were significantly abnormal,especially in patients with non-homogeneous hypertension.
